Should there be a product key (generic or otherwise) listed in specialize pass? In their instructions they add SkipRearm=1 under generalize pass but read elsewhere that this screws up if you're using KMS server like we are. I've followed the ITBros link listed in my original post pretty much to the letter but have had to tweak it slightly in an effort to get it to work.
